PAHAR has completed 25 years of its existence. Silver Jubilee programmes will be continuously organized during 2008 in different parts of India.

You are very cordially invited to the 2nd function being held in, New Delhi on 9th May, where a Felicitation function in honor of the Padma Award winners of 2008 - Shri, Tom Alter (Mussorie), Dr. M C Pant (Almora), Dr. R K Jain (Chakrata) and Dr. Rajendra K Pachauri (Nainital) will be held.

Venue: Teen Murti House, main Auditorium, Nehru Museum & Library

Remembering Pundit Nain Singh Rawat. A Lecture cum visual presentation on the life and time of the great explorer will be organized on 31st May 2008 in Munshiyari, Pithoragarh.

Reporting from the birthplace of Pundits of great exploration. Munsyari is where PAHAR organized another program on its Silver Jubilee Year. Remembering Pt. Nain Singh Rawat turned out to be meeting the family members in present generation of Pundits.
